Welcome to ValidatorSaaS. By accessing or using our email verification and finder services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Services

You agree to use the services only for lawful B2B sales outreach and lead intelligence verification purposes. You represent that:

• You will not verify lists of emails acquired through unlawful scraping, hacking, or purchased spam lists.
• You will not use the service to verify lists for unsolicited spam campaigns.
• You will not attempt to exploit, brute-force, or bypass our API limits and signup credit systems.

2. Credit Policy & Account Suspension

Every account is subject to verification and finder credit limits based on their package:

• Free trial accounts are granted 25 verification credits and 15 finder credits.
• Creating multiple accounts using temporary mailboxes or email aliases to bypass these limits is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without prior warning.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our email verification service runs real-time SMTP handshakes, syntax checking, and MX resolution checks. While we strive for maximum accuracy, email deliverability depends on multiple third-party parameters (IP warmups, spam filters, content filters). We do not warrant that your emails will be 100% delivered, and we are not liable for any bounced emails or email delivery failures.

4. Payments and Refunds

All subscription fees and credit purchases are processed securely through our payment merchant partners. Since credits are consumed immediately upon processing verification requests, we offer a strict no-refund policy for consumed credits.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted directly on this page, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of those updates.
